A rare giant glans hemangioma is an uncommon vascular anomaly that occurs in children, characterized by the abnormal proliferation of blood vessels within the glans penis, the sensitive tip of the male genita- lia. While hemangiomas are more commonly found on the skin, having one on the glans is exceptionally rare.
